I have a Dell docking station that is connected to my Alienware laptop. The station reads a plugged-in mouse but not a plugged-in keyboard nor my second monitor.

I have checked all the connections to the docking station.
I have reinstalled all the USB drivers.
I have reset my Dell dock by unplugging everything for more than two minutes.
I have another computer that does read the second monitor (same monitor as above) but does not read the keyboard when connected to the Dell dock.
The keyboard and monitor work fine when directly plugged into either computer.

Any help to get my Dell Dock running properly would be appreciated.
