Recently, my taskbar and file explorer have bugged out, and I haven’t been able to fix them. I’ve been on W11 for a while — this has never been a problem before. I've tried everything I know to fix it (admittedly not much) and haven't found any videos helpful; can anyone help me?

Looks like a color issue with the Light/Dark theme... go into Settings -> Personalization -> Colors and change Dark to Light (or vice versa) make sure it changes, then set it back to what you originally had and see if that helps.

Thank you, I tried this already and it still wouldn't work. The issue persists even with the light theme (it's just less noticeable)

You can try to run the following in an Admin Prompt to see if it finds any issues:

sfc /scannow

@Udeyssey
The look of those elements in your screenshots remind me of High Contrast themes or Aero-Lite themes...,
are you running any of the like or other enhancements?
