So I enabled ReadyShare and added a 6TB External HDD so I can set up Plex server. How do I go about hiding the "System Volume Information" Folder or even delete it. I'd rather just hide it since it will recreate itself.

That should already be a Super-Hidden folder. Are you showing 'Protected Operating System Files'?

@Edwin when i right click on and select properties, I check mark "Hidden" and click Apply then Ok, but it doesn't stay like that. . 1696089773912.png

I have the External HDD connected to the router because I wanted to set up a Plex Server from it and be able to set in the bed after my surgery in a couple of weeks and watch movies or whatever without having to turn on my computer. And Use it as a backup too

Perhaps it's the nature of the way you have it set up/connected that it shows everything by default.

Its no biggie :) I'll prolly have to keep my PC on in order for the Plex server to work. My router doesn't have Plex built in to it
