Device Manager on Windows 11 21H2 keeps refreshing itself every 10-20 seconds and I noticed this is caused by my Intel GbE Network Adapter because disabling it fixes this issue.
Resetting my router also fixes this issue but only temporarily until I wake the PC from sleep or reboot it. Deleting the adapter from Device Manager, updating its Intel drivers and plugging the LAN connector to a different port on the router doesn't help.
Is anyone using a connected network adapter noticing this issue when looking at the Device Manager?
