Network between computer screwey. Network Credentials lost?

I have a laptop, Surface Pro 4, and Desktop that were connected into a network through my wifi. I recently updated my Desktop to Win 11. Under network, It shows my three machines, by clicking on either the Laptop or surface get me the network credential request. I enter what I believe is the credential but get that the info is wrong.

I used the credential manager on the laptop and to find the credential info, and though the password is masked, I pretty certain I have the right one. I'm thinking the best this is to somehow remove/delete the current network and create a new one. I forgot how I originally did that. Can someone point me in the right direction?

OK, so now my laptop (Win10) and Surface (Win10) can talk to each other and share files. They also can access the Desktop (Win11) shared drives. However, it is only one-way. The desktop cannot access the Laptop of surface. Attempts to still request credentials and the credentials that work with the other machines do not work here.
