New build crashing when playing games.

Hi everyone.
Can someone please help me and guide me in the right direction, have recently rebuilt my computer with the following:

MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk Motherboard (new)
Ryzen 7 5800x processor (new)
32G Memory
Nvidia 2080 Graphics Card
Windows (OS Build 22000.194)

Whilst everything runs fine as a desktop, ie internet, outlook, etc.

when i run games the computer crashes, at first the screen of death would flash past, but have finally caught a screenshot with the following WHEA Uncorrectable error,
I have used 3DMark to benchmark the graphics card and sailed through it, tried stress test and it failed after the 17th loop,
Used Aida64 stress test and after 30 mins, no problems, stopped the test and restarted it, crashed, restarted, no crash after 30 mins.

would like to know of any other tests i could try to narrow down the problem

Is your Power supply capable of 650 Watts? which is recommended for an RTX 2080.

It would help if we had an idea of the game you're having issues with?

And yes, what size is your power supply?

sorry forgot to add the PSU, it is a 1000w and as for the games it is all of them so far, tomb raider, crysis remastered are just a couple.
i recently had an x470 motherboard with a rysen 5 (or 7) 2600, decided to have a clean install with new board and cpu.

A quick google search provided me with this result.. a hardware issue

Assuming its not just case of overheating, check temperatures under load if all OK, I'd try is setting the bios to default in case there is a setting that's causing the issue?

A lot of things could be causing this but that's an easy fast way to start the investigation.
