New Dell Inspiron--how to change boot order--confused

OK, Inspiron 15-5510; w11; 21 H2 Build 22000 556

OK, setting up some security what-if issues.
I want to have a USB bootable drive for emergencies.
I have one via Macrium Reflect.
I'm also trying to see how to change the boot order.

I see the boot order APPEARS to be:

Windows Boot Manager

UEFI RST KBG40.....

UEFIHTTP's Boot


Where is the USB choice? I don't know what the above choices are. I assume the first is my SSD drive. Or does the first lead me to changing the order (does not appear clickable)

What am I missing?

FWIW-
This works on my XPS desktop--
F12 when rebooting will get you to a BOOT MENU--be sure your bootable USB is in place---you'll see it listed.
Select your USB device and have at it.

It's the 'One Time Boot menu' that comes up with the F12 key and as @Lou says make sure the flash drive is connected prior. No need to change the boot order in the UEFI.

Let me add that you hit f12 as soon as you see the Dell logo.

I also rediscovered something I forgot that's arguably slightly easier:

If you press SHIFT/RESTART it restarts into choice mode.

Works great if you can get to that choice.
