Improvements and fixes:
- Reliability:
- Resolves an issue where devices have no cellular network connectivity when using a virtual private network (VPN).
- Fixes an issue where devices can’t connect to the cellular network without manual configuration.
- Addresses a network connectivity issue that causes unstable performance.
- Performance and usability:
- Gives system administrators the option to turn off the stop error triggered by a long power-button hold. They can set the value for PowerButtonBugcheck to 0 in the registry.
