New low battery window design? or visual glitch

Hi, after I updated to KB5120998, I noticed the your battery is running low window looks different. It never used to be this black, and the close button is not rounded. Is this meant to be new, or is this a glitch?

Did the update have you restart the computer? If not, try restarting the computer and see.
