Highlights​

• Settings: Restored the General page after a WinUI style mismatch prevented it from loading.
• Quick Accent: Prevented stale or blank first frames by revealing the accent bar only after its composition update completes.
• Settings and Workspaces: Made module launches resolve the active PowerToys installation more reliably without depending first on protocol registration.
• Quality: Expanded modern UI automation across Image Resizer, Peek, File Explorer add-ons, and File Locksmith.
