This preview adds SQLite previews in Peek, tap-versus-hold key remaps in Keyboard Manager, richer Command Palette content, and display-independent measurements in Screen Ruler.

- Peek: Added read-only previews for SQLite database files, with table navigation, schema information, and row data.
- Keyboard Manager: Added an Alone condition for single-key remaps, enabling different tap and hold behavior while preserving key and mouse combinations.
- Command Palette: Added Adaptive Cards and richer content to item details, plus action-ID support for form submissions.

Mouse Pointer Crosshairs
- Added Mouse Pointer Crosshairs to the Quick Access flyout with its configured activation shortcut in #48592 by @mvanhorn.
Peek
- Added read-only previews for .db, .sqlite, and .sqlite3 files, including table navigation, schema details, and up to 200 rows per table in #45846 by @thomastv.
Screen Ruler
- Added display-independent pixels as an extra measurement unit and corrected the fallback millimeter conversion in #49588.
