Notebook not connecting to the LAN

We have a Windows 11 notebook that has been working fine for months. Yesterday, we had a blackout and after the blackout, the notebook would not connect to the LAN. Things I did:

• Brought the computer to a shop and they immediately connected with their LAN
• I checked that the notebook’s MAC address is in the router properly
• I rebooted the notebook and the router
• I was unable to ping to or from the notebook
• I checked the WiFi console and I see the notebook
• Made sure that 'Random hardware address' is turned off on the notebook
• When I run ipconfig /all on the notebook, it has the wrong IP address

The WiFi is turned on, but under the name of the LAN, it indicates 'No internet' which is clearly wrong. What should I do to get the notebook reconnected to the LAN? Note that this is the only thing connected to the LAN that is not working - everything else is.

You can fix internet issues in Windows 11 by going to Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset and clicking Reset now.
