This preview includes the latest features, fixes, and improvements since PowerToys Preview v0.101.2522.0.

Highlights​

  • Mouse Utilities: Added Auto Hide Cursor, with independent keyboard-input and pointer-inactivity triggers.
  • Keyboard Manager: Added DSC v3 profile deployment for key and shortcut remappings.
  • Power Display: Added drag-and-drop and menu controls for reordering saved profiles.
  • Quick Accent: Fixed the toolbar remaining stuck after focus leaves the active window.

Keyboard Manager​

Mouse Utilities​

  • Added an optional Auto Hide Cursor utility that hides the pointer after keyboard input or inactivity and restores it on genuine mouse input in #50271 by @DamianEdwards

Mouse Without Borders​

  • Improved Settings reconnection handling by validating each local caller while preserving normal Settings and pairing behavior in #50480

Power Display​

  • Added drag-and-drop and menu controls for reordering saved profiles while preserving stable profile identities in #50453
  • Reduced settings writes and module notifications by persisting only monitor preferences edited in Settings in #50510

Quick Accent​

  • Fixed the toolbar so it hides when focus leaves the active window, preventing it from remaining stuck on screen in #50212 by @amail80
