• Improved Window Walker searches so multi-word queries can match the app name and window title together, such as explorer downloads in #50054 by @Subhro-ai
• Cleared bookmark placeholder inputs after a successful launch so reopening the bookmark starts fresh, while retaining inputs after a failed launch in #50629 by @dhruv0703
• Added a UI language selector in General settings, with Restart now to apply the selection and an option to follow the Windows display language in #50680 by @jiripolasek
• Made WinGet operations easier to follow with an active-app footer and longer notifications for start, completion, failure, and cancellation in #50713
• Fixed a Dock loading race that could leave center bands hidden on startup or after monitor changes in #50755 by @Subhro-ai

Keyboard Manager​

• Fixed normal, visible Run program mappings to launch through Explorer without inheriting PowerToys' administrator context, and improved working-directory and existing-window handling. Hidden, Elevated, and Different user launches retain their existing routing in #49571 by @gavinzhangth

Development​

• Restricted collection replacement in Command Palette extension settings, Mouse Jump layout models, and Hosts File Editor while preserving mutable contents and bindings. Extension developers must initialize affected Choices and FileTypeFilter collections during construction or modify their contents in place in #50741 by @matthudson
• Removed a stray carriage return in the Screen Ruler settings view model without changing behavior in #50742 by @jiripolasek
• Made Workspaces collection properties non-replaceable after initialization and kept the launcher application's list instance stable while preserving JSON and binding behavior in #50731 by @matthudson
