New Star Menu not working correctly

Hi, I finally have the upgrade to the new start menu windows 11 but none of the toggles in settings are working correctly.
First I have no mobile device showing (use to)
Show recently added apps shows recommended apps
Show recommended does nothing
Show recommendations for tips does nothing
Show most used apps does nothing
Show mobile device at start does nothing

I have a Dell 7390 2in1 with the display settings at 125%, so I get 6 apps horizontally. If I change the screen setting to 100% I get 8 apps horizontally, but neither shows mobile device1

Anyone else had this problem?

I would first uninstall any customization utility that affects the start menu, such as Open Shell, Explorer Patcher, StartIsBack and the like. Restart the computer for the changes to take effect and check again. Then I would use Winaero Tweaker to make sure these options are enabled and toggle them on if not.

Note: Utilities like Open Shell, StartisBack are separate programs and typically have zero effect on the default Start Menu,

If you like, simply stop such a progam from running while testing the default start menu.

@RW700 - it's important that you specify your build number as MS is tweaking the start menu as you say.

Check with Winaero Tweaker then to see if some settings can be enabled. Another solution would be to force enable them by manually modifying the appropriate Registry keys or by using some Vive Tool commands. Unfortunately, I have no clue.
