New Tabbed version of Notepad for non dev insiders

Notepad with tabs in on my dev machine but isn't on my Beta or stable installs but there is a way:

Please go here: Tabbed Notepad

If you have any issues, you may have to rename your download to Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_11.2212.33.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle
Then run it and it will install.
This is from the MS store, not some third-party site.

Well, I got all the way to the table of links, clicked the Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_11.2212.33.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle
link, ... and NOTHING.

Tried several times, and still no response to clicking that line at the bottom of the table.

I don't know what to tell you but using Edge, you have to confirm the download, but besides that... it works.

Okay, I've got it, and it works.

I don't know what the browser choice has to do with it, but I'm using Chrome exclusively, and I re-read the instructions on the page you directed us to, and it suggested that the first step was to uninstall Notepad. I did, then followed through, and it all worked.

Hmmmm. Is that because we're dealing with the MS Store?

Anyhow, thanks very much. It's interesting and fun, but I'll probably go back to the old standard Notepad until the P.Tues updates deliver the tabbed version.
