I don't understand your post. The att shows the version date 19 Oct, and I got that version on the 20th. There's been nothing new since then.

New rufus-4.5_BETA is Out

Add a new advanced option, that adds runtime UEFI media validation to suitable images (Windows, most Linux)
Move the 'Use Rufus MBR' advanced option to a cheat mode (Alt-A)
Fix truncation of VHDX images, as well as a benign error message when writing VHD/VHDX
Fix support for Linux persistence in some configurations (Mint, Ubuntu 24.04)

Update internal GRUB to version 2.12

The above listing appears to be correct.
But, I've learned to be shy of "Beta" versions of any software.

However even as GREAT as Rufus is, some aftermarket Windows programmers have begun to rewrite the Windows 11 ISO to remove the offenders, so Rufus is not really required for that. However it's still the defacto program for writing an ISO to a Flash Drive.
One company that writes Windows 11 alternatives, packages Rufus 3.x with their Windows 11 ISO, in a ZIP file, for fast and easy downloads.
The use the OLD version of Rufus, because they don't need Rufus to remove the MS BS from the ISO. That's already been done, in the ISO itself.
Gawd, I love it!!!

Just run setup.exe as per usual from the USB from within Windows.
