Hi

I am unable to update creative sound blaster app and driver. I alwayes get No Internet connection. Please check your internet connectivity and try again. I contacted Creative support many times they have no idea. I tried flush DNS and renew but nothing worked. Any ideas ?

No problem in updating Windows. I just installed new update now I am on ver 22000.527

Yep, they're still around, and they still work. Mine actually sounded better in Windows 11. It's one of the reasons I upgraded.

It is possible you don't have the computer icon but instead have 1646007136930.png instead. If so, perform the same to popup Network and Internet settings.
Most will see 1646007562029.png since there is no connection.

I am no longer able to restart in safe mode. I now when I press on shift + restart I get blue screen with troublshoot option that lead to UEFI settings !

If I remember correctly, you do have internet access and it's just the SoundBlaster software that can't connect. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a problem with the SoundBlaster software. If it is, they would have to fix the problem.
