Just looked at my working internet and it says the same as yours.

Reset BIOS to factory default to see it will help resolve the problem.

You can execute ipconfig /all > %userprofile%\Desktop\ipconfig.txt command and let us have the ipconfig.txt which will be stored on your Desktop.

If you say you've also lost power to the USB ports, and sound has stopped working too, it seems like a wider power problem than just the internet connection. Could be the power supply to the MB has partially failed?

DHCP is not enabled for Ethernet open Services applet by typing services.msc into Start Menu and from Services applet double click DHCP Client. Select Automatic in Startup type, and start the service by clicking Start button then click Apply, and click OK.

My I suggest that you do a Network Reset.

Settings => Network & Internet => Advanced Network Settings =>scroll down on the right side and click on Network Reset =>click on Reset Now to complete the reset and reboot.

i tried that once before. after trying other test i thought i would try it again. still no results. i seriously think i have a hardware problem. i built this computer 2 years ago. i worked great. isuspect my seasonic power supply, or my msi motherboard. i lost power to internet circuit and usb ports and sound adapter. i don't know what else to do.
Use attached batch script to reset TCP/IP protocol.
without internet how can i do this? is it in the services? thank you pothound
