No more Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on my computer

Good morning,
After trying all the unimaginable tutorials on the internet and after reading several forums my problem is still relevant...
Within a few minutes, I no longer had wifi or bluetooth. The WLAN autoconfig normally present in "Services" no longer exists.
I can't put it back.
If a kind soul has a solution I would greatly appreciate it.

Look at the Networks adapters in Device Manager .

if neither shows, open up your laptop. the wifi card (which controls BT as well) may be bad.. or one of the cables that connects to it may be loose (typically one is white and the other is black)

You haven’t mentioned if this is on-board or a PCI card.
You haven’t listed what you have already tried to do to rectify the issue which is also kind of vague.
First thing I would do (because I don’t know what you have tried?) is remove all old drivers and reinstall the latest.
If it is a PCI card, re-seat it. Or like @dacrone said, it could also just be damaged.
Is it connected to a usb port on the board? (For Bluetooth)
If it is a PCI card, do you have another PC or access to a friends you can try it in?

Sorry, my bad, I see it’s a Laptop in your specs. As a last resort, you might have to try a repair install to see if it’s because you’ve changed something that shouldn’t have been. Do you have a backup from before this occurred?

Some Notebook/Laptops have an actual switch to turn On or Off the Wireless Adapter and some use an Fn key plus another Fx or other key to do it, be sure to check those. Also possible it's the Airplane mode involved [turns Wireless off], again could be a key combination or Windows function.

And in the worse case scenario like on my ASUS G74SX-3DE, the replacement motherboard was a non-3D model which they sold as 3D but missing one of the two connectors for connecting the 3D connecting cables to the display so the display worked but not the 3D, not sure how they added the 3D connector. Both the internal networking slot and the Ethernet were initially working and then both died 3 weeks later so it seems something in the motherboard died. I have used one of the Linux Live USB's to verify and it also can't see either. So hopefully yours is really only a software issue.

I had an issue a while back when I could not see my wifi card but I knew it was was working ok as I could see it from a Linux live drive.

I tracked back and I found it was visible in an earlier version of Windows 10 but not a later version.

It turned out the wifi driver had been updated but the new one was not signed. So on booting, as no driver was found (or rejected?), the wifi card was not visible - Windows became stricter on driver signing.

I found a later signed driver, injected it into my driver store (using driverstore explorer - RAPR.exe), and "flabber my ghast" - the wifi card was now visible.

You could try booting to windows in advanced mode, disabling driver enforcement.

Unfortunately disabling driver enforcement is not remembered between boots, so if that works, then you need find a signed driver and use that.
