I think I understand what you're wanting to do, but why bother? It's already been done.
I've been downloading ISO's of Windows 11, one version or another, for the past year, that are already MS BS free.

All I need to do is burn the ISO to a Flash Drive and install it.
I could send you a link, or two, but then......there are forum rules against that.
