Normal for Insider verbiage to talk about Win 10?

OS
Win 11 23H2 Enterprise
Wondered if this is just an oversight by Microsoft, or if there's something I need to action?
If I click on the 'latest build notes' it takes me to the following page, which clearly isn't talking about Win 11:

I installed the 22000.194 build (from this site) and have updated all CU's
Appreciate some help.
