nuke drivers while keeping windows safe

I have a x13 gen 1 with 25h2 that i feel has been very laggy lately, especially networking takes a while to establish on a cold boot/reboot.

Is there a way to nuke all installed drives without touching the current Windows install and installed apps?

You could also look at Driver Store Explorer - while it can rip out multiple drivers at once, I would advise caution with that as removing some drivers may put your system in a non-bootable state.

Another option, but primarly with some Audio and Video Card drivers is Display Driver Uninstaller. I've used this several times myself to remove and reinstall a clean set of video card drivers. I use this one from SAFE MODE WITHOUT NETWORKING so I can install drivers without Windows getting in the way.

Are you using wired or wireless networking? If you're on Wi-Fi, there was a recent bug where network connections can take a few minutes to establish.
