I'm fairly decent tinkering with computers (by hobby and self-taught etc)
I have come across while using NetLimiter to view bandwidth, the "Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework Host Process" constantly using bandwidth even though it's tiny bytes.. I can't recall when this started, and I can't figure out what it may be doing. I see that it is just sending and receiving to the localhost, but why and isn't this just a waste of resources and cycles? (knowing full well Windows is a good example of a waste of cycles and resources..
)
Anybody have a clue what this is and why? and do any of you have this running 24/7 as well in windows 11 home?
I have a somewhat related question that I would like to know if any of you also have duplicate wifi showing in your windows network settings as well shown in my 2nd picture and ideas on why I would have duplicates? thanks.
