Outlook Send/Receive taking way too long
Is there any way I can shorten this process? I have searched for a way to designate only certain folders for send/receive and just can not seem to get it figured out. It literally takes a few minutes to get through the send/receive process. This is with the Office 365 subscription.

Does @otismo12 want to shorten the time between intervals of send/receive or to shorten the time it takes to send/receive. The latter being a very common complaint, especially with Outlook.
Between Outlook and a poor server or overloaded ISP, times to send/recieve can be ridiculously long, 4 min for my wife sometimes longer due to the size of her mailbox, which is where these tips can come in handy:
