Is it possible to join 3 WIFIs into one for my apartment?

Assuming all three are on same subnet, it is a good idea to set the channel manually for each wifi point using channel 1 on one, 6 on next, and 11 on final one so they do not interfere. Also, this way if you move around house with a mobile phone (say), it will automatically connect to strongest signal.
