Solved OneDrive has got me in a mess

I made the mistake of activating OneDrive. And got into a right mess with some stuff on Users/userid/Documents and some in Users/userid/OneDrive/Documents

Same for other folders like Pictures.
So I uninstalled OneDrive using BCUninstaller and deleted the stuff in Appdata/Local/Microsoft/OneDrive.

But there's a ghost in the machine. When I logoff/logon the OneDrive folder reappears with Documents and Pictures folders in it And Labview is writing is logs to a folder in OneDrive/Documents.

How on earth to sort out this mess?

You might want to try REVO Uninstaller with it's... "Scan for Leftovers" tool.

Re-install OneDrive, then use REVO (free), to uninstall it.

Hmm I used BCUninstaller "Remove Leftovers"

And to add insult to injury Outlook has opened a new pst file in "OneDrive/Documents/Outlook Files" and not opened the existing Outlook.pst file

I saw that. I dunno what to tell ya. I used REVO... and OneDrive is... gone.

One drive is indeed uninstalled, but it lingers around still AFAICT Revo Uninstaller didn't change

Solved!!! OneDrive had messed with HKCU\Software\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

A brutal attack on that with regedit has solved the problem! :)
