the only the open menu takes too long, all other services are good. even DaVinci resolve loads fine.

What precisely are your steps? Right click a file and click Open With? Making sure I'm the only one not sure what exactly you mean by "Open as"

Might try booting to Safe Mode to see if it still occurs there...eliminate any 3rd party programs as an issue

I rebooted in Safe boot, the problem was there but the delay was reduced, if I open the same menu again i.e a second time there is no delay.
I did a clean-boot recently due to another problem, that issue was resolved but this remains.

I mean opening any file from within a program e.g, attaching files, opening files from file>open menu, shortcut ctrl + O, etc in any program.
