1 Open Microsoft Edge.

2 Perform one of the available actions below: (see screenshots below)

• Click/tap on the Browser essentials heartbeat icon on the toolbar.
• Click/tap on the Setting and more (Alt+F) 3 dots button, and click/tap on Browser essentials.

3 Browser essentials will now open for you to see the status of each section below: (see screenshots below)

You can Pin or Unpin Browser essentials if wanted.

You’ll see the status of some of Edge’s key performance features – Efficiency Mode, Sleeping Tabs, and the Performance Detector.
