General Open Notification Center in Windows 11

This tutorial will show you how to open the Notification Center in Windows 11.

Notifications are alerts from apps, system, and other senders.

Windows 11 puts notifications in the Notification Center (Win+N) on the taskbar corner where you can view them instantly from the flyout.

You can select a notification in the Notification Center to read more or take action. Don't want to take any action? To clear a specific notification, click/tap the X next to the notification you want to clear. If you want to clear all your notifications, click/tap on the Clear all button.

Starting with Windows 11 build 26100.6725 (24H2) and build 26200.6725 (25H2), you will be able to open Notification Center on any monitor by clicking the date and time in the system tray of your taskbar.

⚠️ If you don't have this feature available in the build above yet and would like to try it now, then you can enable it using the command below with ViVeTool.

vivetool /enable /id:38762814

  • On a touchscreen device, swipe in from the right edge of the screen.
