Open /Settings/Account/Sign-in Option/ takes one minutes

Newbie here, please be kind.
On Windows 11 Home with latest patch as of Sep 4, I tried to open "Sign-in option" thru /Settings/Account/Sign-in Option/.
But it takes one minutes to open!

No event log has been taken relative to this incident. Reboot does not help.
BTW, I use password login instead of PIN login. Switching account mode between Microsoft account and Local account makes no change in status.
Not a serious problem but annoying.
Could a guru help me out? Thanks

There are some more annoyances, say, OneDrive behavior and others. So this is a good timing to refresh.

Well, you don't say where you are, but if you were near here, I'd just ask you to bring that PC over here and I'd help you work it out.
I doubt it's anything that cannot be fixed, but unless you're a trained Computer Repair Tech, you may not know how.

I hope someone can give you a better answer.
