I do clean install Windows 11 24H2 in Oracle VirtualBox and now VDI file is Encrypted. The same as VMware Workstation Pro (VMDK). I hate 24H2 because BitLocker. How to solve this?

Boot into windows, select device encryption app and select to decrypt drive.

You may have to activate encryption first before you decrpyt drive.

Usually takes less than 10 minutes.
