I don't feel comfortable if I'm not wearing sox. I use to work with a man that only wore socks when he was breaking in a new pair of shoes.

On the Rockport Perth they left the leather on the inside... rough, so you can go sock-less.
I have a tan pair I bought in 2013... still going and NOT disgusting inside. :-)


You can wear socks with them, but you don't need to during the hot months.
