They aren't located in a lot of places. There's only one authorized vendor (and repair center) in the U.S, but they don't keep stock on hand; just order from China as needed and ship from them to you. And that means you're still subject to paying a tariff.

Anyway, Denafrips is well known for their R2R DACs, especially the Ares, and Pontus. Lot of reviews on them. There's also the Venus, Terminator, and Terminator Plus, but those upper end models range from 4K (Venus) to 8+k (Terminator Plus). The Pontus 15th is $2,200. Ares $1,100 USD.

If you get the urge to want to converse with other audiophiles on a myriad of topics check us out here - Head-Fi.org Forums. BTW, never heard of that brand, but that looks like a nice quality cable. I see the price equates to roughly $150 US dollars.

OK, so an update about these glasses I got.

They were supposed to be plug & play for just about everything....just about.

Turns out your USB C has to have video streaming abilities. This computer is 1 1/2 yrs old, so I thought it would come with all the bells & whistles. Well, my USB C does not have that feature.

Not all USB-C ports or cables support video output; the device and cable must specifically support DisplayPort or HDMI Alt Mode, and users can check for a lightning bolt symbol for Thunderbolt or a "DP" icon next to the port to identify compatibility.

Well, hate to say it, but the view through them wasn't as spectacular or as immersive as they made it sound, so I returned them.

You have a screen that looks like it's floating a little bit away, not really an all encompassing view. Plus, every time you moved your head, even a little bit, the text/some of the picture blurred, I think after a while of wearing those some people would get motion sickness. I think I was on the verge after 10 mins of trying them out.

That was a disappointment. Anyone that ordered them, hope it works better for you then they did for me.

Guys, what does 5 – 8 neighborhood CATS, Large Opossums & 2 – 3 Racoons all have in common?

A: They all are in my backyard together or separately during the night & are caught eating Persimmons in front of me (security camera), having sex, pooping everywhere or just sniffing each other.

I know the feeling. We live on the edge of the woods. Aside from various feral cats, we regularly see deer, opossums, raccoons, wild turkeys, groundhogs, the occasional fox and a while back, a black bear. Also the neighbor saw a Bobcat about a year ago. It's like living in a NatGeo show. :LOL:

Have bought two of these in past years, for my son. Both times he swore “he wanted it sooooo badly” Each time, used it for about a month.

Last time he asked for an XBOX upgrade, I gave him a cardboard box with a green x on it made from electrical tape, then wrapped it.

I know this is a downgrade but I want to try something new. Traded-in my S23 Ultra for a Z Flip 7. Plus it is hard to ignore a deal like this (from $1463 down to $383). I am sure the trade-in value of this phone will be more than that after 2 years. 😁
