Hi everyone, as of today every time I start Outlook 2019 ( the stand alone version ) I get a box come up saying Internet e-mail and ask me to enter my Username and Password, the boxes are filled in with the correct info so I just click ok and all is fine. Why has it suddenly started doing it? and how can I stop it?

That happened to me as well, i could not find solution for it, try deleting credential for Outlook and log back in.

Start typing Credential Manager, and select the Credential Manager icon. On the resulting screen you will see the choice to manage your Web Credentials or your Windows Credentials. Delete any credentials under the Windows Credentials grouping that refer to Outlook.

And you can try this suggestion to see if it can help:

1) Uncheck "Always prompt for logon credential". In Outlook, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings, select the Exchange account and click "Change" button. Click "More Settings", in "Security tab", uncheck "Always prompt for logon credentials".

Thanks, I do not have that I think it is because I have the Office 2019 pro plus stand alone version

I get that when the ISP rejects my login attempt i.e. it is a symptom of their server software not my application.
I log in online in a browser.
- Sometimes I then see an email claiming there was something funny & I should review recent activity.
- If I get no email then I just wait a while and then I find things are working again.
