Outlook cannot process the RSS content

The problem is not the RSS links, I tried several ones which I know they work, they load in a web browser just fine and this worked before.
Something is preventing Outlook to connect to this link
This is Outlook 2024 which is part of Home & Business 2024

Anyone knows what could be causing this? This really worked before. Or how to debug this?

It seems I have resolved the issue by enabling connected experiences in the Privacy Settings

But there are some bugs, they did something in the last month, for example I subscribe to RSS and then delete them completely, however RSS feeds now still keeps landing in my Sent Items folder. They messed up something
