Solved Outlook - Gmail account - duplicates going to inbox and important folder

Hi folks
Using Outlook in Office Pro LTSC 2021 I've added the a gmail account -- that's been working OK fror ages but now I -- I am suddenly getting Gmail messages sent to both the inbox and the Important folder - any way to stop this or even not have an imprtant folder at all -- I've tried the various settings in the Gmail app itself but it doesn't seem to make any difference. This only startred happening after I updated Windows 11 to the latest DEV release - so not sure if it's Windows (probably not) or a Gmail problem. It doesn't make the size of the mailbox bigger as the mail is a copy rather than a physical duplicate but it's just annoying !!!!

I don't use outlook and Gmail, but I was playing with Gmail the other day and think I spotted where you can get rid of this.

Try turning the important label off and not showing it in imap.
