Some ISP's will only allow you to SEND email if you are logged on to the internet on their servers
Why would they do that when the username and password and any other credentials are literally setup in your mail client to send/receive. What ISP’s do that?

It's probably that they don't want to keep port 25 or 2525 open to allow for "Bulk e-mail spam" etc. I know some ISP's in the UK do this - for example karoo.com which supplies a load of Internet over Hull and the East riding of Yorkshire. I thing B.T is OK on that - but others might have the same policy.

When I lookup you nameservers, they are set to:
ns1.namecity.com
ns2.namecity.com
When looking up the default nameservers in google, easyspace default are
ns0.namecity.com
ns1.namecity.com
I also get other results that the nameservers are supposed to be (However these could be old?)
ns0.ukfast.net
ns1.ukfast.net
Once again I believe you probably need help setting up your domain with tech support, wherever your web hosting is.

It's probably that they don't want to keep port 25
Yeah, it’s an unencrypted unsecured port for sending mail. It should be 465, especially if using SSL/TLS or STARTTLS
Just my opinion.
As I mentioned earlier, some ISP’s might bock his incoming mail to their servers as it isn’t uncommon for some to have blocked port 25
