PC Freezing Issues: Need Help Identifying the Problem

Hello everyone,
I've bought a PC few months ago and I've been getting random freezes. I've added my specs to my profile.

Everything just freezes, I can't move mouse, type or anything, if I am watching video, it stops, if I am playing game it freezes...etc And then I have to to turn it off manually by long pressing power button.

Windows 11 still not activated - Windows Version number: Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621. 1702)

I have uploaded my v2 log collector file, and I have looked at WHEA dmp file as well and I've uploaded copied txt version from WinDbg
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing problems?

Sorry if I shouldn't have posted in BSOD, thought this was for Freezing as well. If admin can move thread to general or I can delete it and create a new thread there.

I've seen that too, maybe less than once a day. It's like Windows is saying "I'm busy, don't mess with me till I'm done".
But if I just take a short break, everything will come back 'ON' in just a few seconds.
However my PC is not what you'd call 'State of the Art'. It's old, and even though I do have a six core AMD cpu, I only have 8GB of ram.
That freeze never happens on my Other PC with an 8 Core cpu and 16GB of ram.

To fix your PC, If I were working on it, I would first eliminate everything that's running in the background that you don't absolutely HAVE to have running. Then I'd clean out all the junk files in your PC.

I believe that your problem is fixable, it's just a matter of how expert you are at dealing with Windows.
That is, if you elect to NOT go for professional help.

Thanks for the reply, I've tried leaving it to see if it would "come back" and it didn't. It remained frozen until I yank the power cord or do a manual reset.
I've done a full wipe and reinstallation of windows 11 about a month and a half ago. And this has been happening much less since then, but it still does happen.
It went from 2-4 times a week to about once in 2 weeks.
I've built my own pc (and it is the first one I've did myself), so I fear I might have installed the CPU in a bad way (to little or to much thermal paste) or something like that. But I do keep HWMonitor on quite a lot and my temperatures have been normal both when idle and gaming.

Well, you originally said "I've bought a PC few months ago and I've been getting random freezes.", so now I'm confused, did you buy a new computer or did you BUILD one?
It doesn't really sound like a heat problem, so turn off the heart monitor.
It could be a RAM problem. Try running the "Memtest 86+" program or something comparable.
Or, even faster and maybe more fruitful, just take your ram sticks out and clean the edge connectors with alcohol and a clean rag. Then reseat them. That costs absolutely Nothing, and can often fix a misc. problem.
I've fixed many a PC with just that simple fix.
And, with a stick of ram that tested BAD with Memtest 86, I've actually taken it to the kitchen sink and scrubbed it with soap and water and an old tooth brush, then rinse thoroughly with warm water, and repeat with Denatured Alcohol and after a towel dry, let air dry at room temp for several hours before reseating in the PC.
I once did a whole thread on "Wash that RAM!". I've saved hundreds of sticks or RAM that way, in years past, when I was still a working PC tech.
Sometimes, the most unorthodox fix is the best fix, and the cheapest too!

Sorry english is not my first language. I've bought the all PC parts one by one and then I've built the PC myself. I will give it a try with the RAM wash.

Please make sure that Windows is licensed / activated.
