Solved Need help identifying the manufacturer of my laptop

I was gifted a laptop that says Zieenc, I tried to find their website or the manufacturer, but with no luck. Does anyone know who manufactures this brand of laptop or if this brand has a website, any help is appreciated.

Company is owned by owned by Shenzhen Nuoshi Technology Co, a Chinese co but I believe it was marketed here and rebranded by Htools under the name of
XBook Zieenc
and I think this is it. The manufacturer is in the specs.

Well we're finding things on google which you could search for yourself! So people are being helpful. Is there a problem with the laptop or are you just curious about it? Have you switched it on? Sometimes there is manufacturer info in the software or bios.

It's a Chinese laptop... with no locatable US distributor.
IF you have issues with the laptop, you're probably going to be out of luck.

Even if you could find the correct company... do you think that they will honor whatever warranty it has?

I think if you ever had issues, you'd need the receipt from the person who gifted it to you as it would be the company it was purchased from (eg Amazon) if there was an issue under guarantee. But if you mean a website for drivers etc, have you turned it on?

If it was me... I would find out where the "gifter" got it and then contact them.
They "may" forward you to the distributor, if there is one.

Like if you had purchased it at Amazon (or where ever)... they would know who the actual 3rd party seller was.

Some comments from Amazon reviews

No driver downloads, can't find a HTools website, nobody to contact for help. I recommend that you stay with the mainstream US brands and don't buy Chinese brands.

This one seems to have been able to contact HTools

Htools has told me to reload software, but this seems to be hardware issue. Very disappointed that no one htools has reach out to me with the new issue

So I read the good and bad reviews. From what I have experienced with this Laptop, they have fixed ALL or any complaints. Everything is now working flawlessly. Since Laptops last on average 2 or 3 years, this is definitely the way to go. You are not going to find a better deal anywhere else. Windows 11 Pro was already installed and it has the full 8GB of Ram. Others in this price range only have 4GB of Ram which is not enough. Get this one, you won't be dissapointed. An unbelievable deal.

Amazon Sign-In

Some people found it great and no issues. Others had issues but did seem to be able to contact HTools. Yours may well have come from Amazon (maybe ask the person who gifted it to you) so any issues, Amazon would be the first port of call. They may have contact details for HTools as some customers did have contact with HTools. Either that or the info is on the laptop itself within software perhaps. Manufacturer installed program eg.

Apparently, that laptop costs about $100.

I would just use it till it dies, and consider any time you have on it... adequate.
When it dies... use it for a door stop or something.

It costs less than a carton (10 packs), of cigarettes. ^^

There are reputable companies that sell very inexpensive PCs... like THIS

Welcome to the wonderful world of Chinese ODM's (Original Design Manufacturers)!

There are many Chinese companies that make a reference PC or commodity electronic product, with mostly generic components. They rarely sell directly to consumers, but will partner with ANYONE with a stack of cash, and an order book. Have you ever shopped Amazon, and noticed all those copycat products which look identical, but have different name brands? They're all made by the same manufacturer(!), but resold by partners. ODM's don't care the same product is resold by competing companies, they've already been paid.

If @Ghot wired a sizeable cash payment and a sales order, he could have a shipping container of "Ghot Laptops" arrive in a few months.

In this business model, the ODM rarely takes care of customer support. It's the reseller's problem. And the reseller (sadly) doesn't really do customer support either. The only redeeming feature is they're making off-the-shelf products. So Windows will probably have a matching driver for everything. There is no cutting edge technology inside, that's part of the business model. If it breaks, these things are so low-cost the reseller generally swaps you another device to minimize their troubles.

BUT.... I would support the Ghot laptops, if I was gonna do that.

AND... I'd make a commercial with cute females, to market it.

I'd send these guys over to keep an eye on the ODM.
So if I needed parts, to repair the Ghot laptops... I could get them.

Beelink is a very well know company.

I bought one of those, and love it! Much faster than my previous PC. I couldn't believe how fast and small it is.
The only complaint is the USB ports are upside down. Mine is an AMD cpu.
