Hello,
My Windows 11 PC automatically shuts down about one hour after startup, without any warning or visible reason.
Here is what I’ve discovered so far:
- In Event Viewer, there’s always an event “6008 — The previous system shutdown was unexpected.”
- I also found two Windows services named `Babaika` and `BabaikaService`, which seem to belong to like a “Time Control” program.
- I’ve tried modifying or deleting the `limit.txt` file, creating scripts with `shutdown -a`, and other workarounds, but the issue persists.
- I cannot use Safe Mode or WinRE because the keyboard and mouse don’t work there, which limits my diagnostic options.
1. How can I find out exactly which program or service is initiating the shutdown? Are there specific steps (via Event Viewer, PowerShell Get-WinEvent, registry, etc.)?
2. If this is a service running under the SYSTEM account, is there a way to disable or remove it without admin rights? Any safe methods?
3. Which Event IDs or logs should I look for to track down the exact shutdown source?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
