PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller?

All of a sudden in my Device Manager I am finding in the Other listings the above with a yellow exclamation mark.
Anyone know what this could be? I have done a search on the internet but not finding much to help me. I have always been kind of OCD about my Device Manager having clean listings in it, so this one is bothering me. I have no idea what PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller could be and why it is showing it has an issue in this way.
I am running an EVGA Z390 Dark MB with i9 9900k processor and EVGA RTX 3090 GPU. AFAIK all my drivers are up to date, the MB drivers I have the latest from the EVGA website.

I would sure appreciate any assistance on this one.

Thanks,

You have both the latest Intel chipset drivers and the MEI (management engine interface) drivers installed?

If I had to bet, it'd be on the MEI drivers being absent.

Well not sure if I have the latest, I have the latest from the EVGA website which was some time ago. I tried searching the Intel site but those looked pretty dated as well. Will try searching for MEI drivers thanks.

I was looking in windows update under optional updates. It shows a couple of Intel updates in there, however one is dated Oct 2018 and I build this rig in Jan 2019. The other one - get this now - is dated July 1968! How crazy is that lol. Then there is a third one dated Oct 2016.
Then another one not dated that states Intel Zeon - I don't have a Zeon processor I don't think. Was trying to see if something in there might be needed.
There is also an Intel Bluetooth listed in there that is not dated. Not sure that I should install any of these optional updates.

Ok installed the latest Intel MEI drivers I could find, still showing the listing in device manager under Other category with yellow exclamation mark. These were dated March 2019.

Sorry that I lost my bet.

I tried a quick web search on the issue. I found references to it, but from a wild variety of causes.

Looking at the Intel web site, it's almost like the Z390 chipset didn't exist. I was unable to find newer drivers for it there.

Yeah pretty much same here, thanks for trying though! I just can not fathom why all of a sudden that is showing up. Have not added any new hardware of late. I typically look in device manager at that once or twice a week. So it was very recent.
I guess I will just not worry with it, nothing on my system seems to be affected by it. Just bothers me that I have that in the Other category now in device manager. I prefer that to be clean at all times.
