Now run into another problem, whenever I try to save a picture (from internet or anywhere else) to a disk I get this
1666339461618.png
Same thing from a graphic programs.
1666339790554.png

Otherwise copy-paste and other file copy-move to any disk works fine.
I restored MR image made when last update was made and this was working like it should.
What's even worse, same happens with other clean installation on another disk.

Sounds weird. What disk, is this? If it is a USB Flash drive with some data on, I would copy all the data to hard disk, format the USB and then put the data back. This should fix access rights. Otherwise, I would manually give full access rights to Administrators and current user for the root folder and all subfolders and files. Also check ownership. A malware messing with ownership and access rights would explain your issue. Change ownership to Administrators and you should be OK.

How to do that ? I tried with "Take ownership" but that's just for files.
It's just a simple internal SATA SSD 125GB NTFS single partition.

You have probably already done this, but can you run an app, photo editing/ graphics as admin and try to save an image to any folder other than default locations?
Do you have controlled folder access enabled?

Problem is that it's only disk with those problems, Went to properties, made sure that in Security gave permissions to Admin (Me) and everything else.
Lost patience and copied contents to another disk, killed whole partition,. made a new one (whole disk) and now it's normal.
