i need help fix the problem Personalization > Background settings it because is gone sadly, please find ways to fix the problem like registry or something:tears:

You will not see this setting if you have high contrast mode on, which it appears you do. Go to settings>accessibility>contrast themes. Also you probably won't see this setting if your windows is not activated. settings>system>activation

i already activated windows 11 home and i tried try turn high contrast mode on and off it not working any have ideas like registry please :tears:

It appears that some system files are corrupted. You must open a Command Prompt as Administrator and run the following commands to repair them:

Something else is off with the OP's system cause I can enable a high contrast theme, and I still have other options.

When troubleshooting, the process to fix a problem is not always cut and dried. One must use process of elimination sometime, culling out what the trouble IS NOT before he can discover what the cause of the trouble IS. So if you aren't prepared to eliminate everything that you can, all I can say is good luck to you

You want a quick registry fix and I do not know of one nor am I able to find one. Troubleshooting is not always quick.
Here is a complete list of troubleshooting steps that would be applicable to troubleshooting this problem. You've already been given 2 of them.
So if you aren't prepared to eliminate everything that you can, all I can say is good luck to you.

1. clean boot to eliminate software conflict with windows
2. DISM/SFC to check for corrupted OS files
3. Use another user account to test if condition exists. If it does not, your user account is corrupted in some way.
4. Repair Install might work but I have my doubts.
5. Clean install should work.
