Phone link not working after latest update from MS

Hello, evertyime i go to use phone link to link my android SG10se phone to my windows 11 desktop it now shows the below see pic -

what broke? why did this occur it was fine before.

Please list the steps you have taken to remedy the problem.
-Reset or Repair Phone link from Settings/Apps in Windows ?
-Uninstall Phone Link on both devices ?
-Unpair devices ?
-Logout of your MSAccount on your phone ?
....

The error you are getting is due to some policies you have set up.
Check: -Not all keys will be present-
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
HKLM\Software\Policies
HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies
HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
HKCU\Software\Policies
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Policies

Remove any entry related to phone link and then reboot.
