That's the same or similar problem I had. The phone is connected on the left, but the "Calls" shows that it isn't connected.
Also. I'm sure why your "Apps" tab is missing. It's probably not turned on in the Phone Link -> Features settings.

Not all my calls are identified by name in Phone Link. Some are just listed by the phone number, and others have the person or company's name even though they're in my phone contacts. Why would that be? :unsure:

I've been thinking about turning the "Sync your contacts from this device to your Microsoft account" setting on, but I'm not sure exactly what the setting does. I don't want my phone contacts to be added to my Microsoft contacts. I want to keep them separate.

I did, but I don’t see them listed in the general Microsoft Contacts/People list that I am aware of. Only in the phone link app as it is mimicking my phone. I will take a closer look, Stigg.

It is getting complicated here with two different people with a similar problem...

@Stigg, are you still having a problem? If so, how do your settings look like I showed in post #38? Make sure you check the settings on both your PC and phone.

We will have to wait until @kelper wakes up to respond because it is after midnight where he lives.

@MisterEd : I'm not really having any problems except for what I mentioned in my previous post. Some calls only show as phone numbers, and some show as the person's or company's name even though the calls in question are all in my phone contacts.

If no one has a solution, I can live with it.

The phone and laptop are linked via Bluetooth but 'Link to Windows' and 'Phone link' only say connected when wifi is on.

Kelper I could be wrong, but when investigating this the other day I am sure I read that only iPhones can connect with Bluetooth alone, Android needs both. I’m trying to find in my history where I read it.
