Hey T2T, Since this is a Microsoft Windows 11 forum, it's hard for us to give you an answer why something isn't working in Apple iOS. Are you able to send emails from your phone WITHOUT photos? Do you know for certain you have steady internet access on the phone?

There are 2 ways you can do it. If it doesn't work one way for you, try the other. If neither method work, I would not know what to tell you.

Method 1-From the Photos app
  • Find the photo you want to send.
  • Tap the Share button (square with an arrow pointing up).
  • Choose Mail from the share options.
A new email draft opens with the photo attached.
If you don’t see Mail, swipe left on the app icons and tap More to add it.
  • Enter the recipient’s email address, subject, and any message.
  • Tap Send (blue arrow in the top-right).
  • If prompted, select the photo size (Small, Medium, Large, or Actual).

Method 2-From the Mail app
  1. Open the Mail app and start a new message.
  2. In the message body, tap and hold (long press) where you want the photo.
  3. Tap the arrow (>) if needed, then select Insert Photo or Video.
  4. Choose your photo and it will be attached.
  5. Add the recipient, subject, and send.

Try powering your phone off, then back on to see if it makes a difference.
Try sending the photo to another email recipient.
Also try sending a different photo to see if it makes a difference.

You got to use process of elimination to figure out what's happening.

@Timmy 2 toes, I see you marked this thread as being solved. Was the problem solved when you restarted your phone. You may not know how to actually solve a problem but you can help others just by sharing what fixed your problem.
