I am trying to pin various shortcuts to folders on my task bar. The folders are held on a NAS server (i.e. Z drive).
To do this I have to create a short cut on the desktop and in front of the target address type the word "explorer" and a space before the target address. e.g. explorer Z:\filename. The problem is that more often than not, when I "Apply" and "OK" the target address defaults to C:\Windows\explorer.exe Z:\filename. Because of this, I can't then drag the shortcut to the taskbar. The annoying thing is that I have managed to successfully do this with some shortcuts, but now it defaults to C:\Windows\..... etc every time. I just can't replicate what I achieved earlier.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
