During the Black Friday special of 2024, I upgraded a 4-pack from 8.1 to X at 1\2 price for life. At $49.99 per year for a 4-pack, that comes out to $1 per month per PC. I've used the free version of Macrium v7 and v8. I tried Hasleo and AOMEI free versions, but I still prefer using Macrium.

Regular 25H2 with daily incremental backup of system disk and occasional also incremental backup of certain folders from other disks with MR 8.1.
Other system disk with Insider Beta is not used much and my MR has only one license, I use Hasleo to backup prior to new build or before some greater changes.
On ancient laptop with W10 an old free MR 8.0 but it's used only few times a year to backup on external HDD by USB.

It is funny, this thread is so old and goes dead, then somebody (usually a new member) resurrects it, and then we get a flurry of replies about members personal preferences.

I bet some people have replied multiple times now 😁.

I think this post should be renamed whack-a-mole 🤣.
