Poor Start menu

Dear Sirs at Microsoft
I spent some day with version 22000.194 an I find that the Start Menu is too poor.
The Win10 Start Menu is much better and I would like it was transferred into Win11.
The essential features I miss are two:

1. The possibility to completely remove the "recommended" section, in order to give all the space to the app's.
2. The possibility to group app's in a window, and give a name to each window

This is an independent forum, with no direct link Microsoft, so I doubt that your posted request will be seen by Windows Developers. Please try using the built-in "Feedback Hub" in Windows 11 instead, as the more direct feedback and positive enhancement suggestions they get the more likely it is that they will take notice.
